Strengths-First Coach & Consultant
Cultivating learning communities and human-centered AI adoption
I’m Pamela Wood Browne, an AI adoption consultant, workshop facilitator, and community builder with more than 10 years of helping people learn new technology together.
There’s another place to begin
Most organizations treat new technology, including AI, as a problem to solve: a skills gap, resistance to change, a rollout that stalls. I start with what’s already working: your people’s strengths, relationships, and know-how. Those strengths show what AI should amplify, so it sharpens your authentic voice instead of diluting it.
Change also involves loss, even change people want. I make room for that and help people see what stays the same. When learning is part of how a team works, a new tool becomes the next thing to explore, not a crisis.
Two ways to work with me
For organizations. I help startups, small businesses, nonprofits, and colleges adopt AI in a way that brings people along. That can mean building a mentor-ful organization where everyone has something to teach and something to learn, running peer-led learning labs, or facilitating strengths-based workshops. The goal is learning that keeps going after I leave.
