What I collect and why
When you contact me. The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. I use them only to reply to you. Form entries are stored on this website, and a copy is sent to my email through Google Workspace.
When you join the newsletter. The Seasons of Flourishing newsletter is hosted on Substack. When you subscribe, Substack collects your email address and handles delivery under its own privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
When you sign up for a gathering. Netwalks, coworking days, and workshops are listed on Luma. When you register, Luma collects the information on its registration form under its own privacy policy, and shares your name and email with me so I can send event details.
Spam protection. This site uses Google reCAPTCHA to keep spam out of the contact form. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you use the page, and Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Basic site data. Like most websites, this site and its hosting provider, [hosting provider], may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies that it needs to work, and reCAPTCHA sets cookies to tell people from bots. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features, like the contact form, may not work without them.
What I don’t do
I don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I share it only with the services named above, so they can do their part, or when the law requires it.
Coaching clients
If we work together, what you share in coaching stays confidential, as described in our coaching agreement. That information is handled separately from this website.
How long I keep information
I keep contact form messages only as long as I need them to respond and follow up, and delete them periodically. Newsletter and event information stays with Substack and Luma until you unsubscribe or ask them to remove it.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it by contacting me. I’ll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is meant for adults and isn’t directed to children under 13. I don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, including Substack, Luma, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.
Changes to this policy
If I update this policy, I’ll change the date at the top of this page.
