Positive Movz Strategies is a consulting and coaching practice that helps people and organizations flourish through change — especially the kinds of change brought on by technology, life transitions, and the natural seasons of a working life.
I founded the firm to bring strengths-based, positive approaches to a question that keeps showing up across my work: how do we adapt — and even thrive — when the ground beneath us keeps shifting? It’s a question with both personal and organizational sides, and Positive Movz Strategies works on both.
Coaching for individuals. I offer strengths-based coaching for wellbeing and life transitions, helping people discover their strengths, clarify their purpose, and navigate change with intention. I’m a MentorCoach-trained professional coach drawing on positive psychology, and a trained Seasons of Change Coach — a model that uses the rhythms of nature as a guide through life’s shifts. Coaching is not therapy; it’s a partnership focused on your strengths and your goals.
Consulting for organizations. I partner with leaders and teams on the human side of digital transformation. Drawing on Positive Organization Development and appreciative inquiry, I help organizations develop a digital mindset, foster a collaborative learning culture, and design change strategies that people can actually live into. I’m also an advocate for workplaces that are better prepared for the major life shifts — caregiving, health challenges, career pivots — that touch every team eventually.
What ties these strands together is a belief that change is rarely best handled as a problem to be fixed. It’s a living system to be understood — and there are almost always strengths, relationships, and possibilities already present that can become the foundation for what comes next.
If any of this resonates with what you or your organization are navigating, I’d love to hear from you.
